Service overview

HealthSource is an iOS app and bridge service that lets a user connect selected, read-only Apple Health context from the HealthSource app to ChatGPT after explicit user permission and sync.

Wellness-only use

HealthSource is for exploratory wellness, fitness, sleep, recovery, and performance reflection. HealthSource is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment product, healthcare provider, or emergency service. Do not use HealthSource as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

User responsibility

You are responsible for deciding what health information you authorize, sync, and ask ChatGPT to analyze. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or incorrect, and important health decisions should be discussed with a qualified professional.

Permissions and sync

HealthSource requests read-only HealthKit permission. Sync is user-initiated, and you can revoke Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings. ChatGPT access requires a separate authorization step.

Accounts, access, and availability

HealthSource may change, pause, or discontinue bridge functionality while the product is being reviewed, validated, or operated. Access to ChatGPT or other third-party services depends on those services' availability, terms, and policies.

Third-party services

When you connect HealthSource to ChatGPT or another service, that service's own terms and privacy policy apply to how it handles the information it receives from HealthSource.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse HealthSource, attempt to access another person's data, interfere with the bridge service, reverse engineer security controls, or use HealthSource for regulated clinical workflows.
