HealthSource Daily Brief

Daily Brief is the HealthSource-owned morning delivery product: a concise recovery and training-readiness read generated from the authorized body-context layer.

It does not depend on native scheduled tool calls from every AI platform. HealthSource can generate it on schedule and deliver it through web, email, local notification, API, or an approved agent surface as each platform catches up.

Oura-derived data is not sold, used for advertising, used for model training or fine-tuning, or exposed as an unapproved provider-record pass-through.

What It Produces

• Green/yellow/red training readiness.
• One practical training action: push, moderate, reduce volume, or recover.
• HRV/RMSSD, resting heart rate, sleep, temperature, stress, SpO2, activity, and trend context when available.
• Confidence and missing-data caveats.
• A non-medical safety boundary.

API

Agents and delivery workers can request the same object at /api/v1/daily-brief.

Web View

Users can open the authenticated web view at /daily-brief/latest. It uses HealthSource OAuth first, then prompts for Oura connection when needed.

Delivery Channels

• Web: the authenticated Daily Brief is available through the HealthSource web view and API.
• Email: a scheduled HealthSource worker can send the same brief outside ChatGPT Pulse or other platform-native schedules.
• Agent: approved MCP/API clients can call the same source-cited brief on demand.
