HealthSource provides read-only Oura recovery context for wellness, fitness, training readiness, and performance reflection.

Not Medical Advice

HealthSource is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, treatment product, emergency service, or healthcare provider. Do not use HealthSource for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, or emergencies.

User Authorization

Users must authorize access to their own Oura data. Do not connect accounts or data sources you do not have permission to use.

Acceptable Use

Use HealthSource for personal wellness, recovery, fitness, training readiness, and performance reflection. Do not use it to make clinical claims or replace professional care.

Do not use HealthSource or Oura-derived data for advertising, resale, model training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, unapproved redistribution, or building products that replicate or compete with Oura.

User Control

Users may revoke consent, disconnect Oura, and request deletion of the stored Oura connection and related retained data. HealthSource will stop processing after revocation and delete user data after a deletion request within 72 hours where technically available.

Availability

Private staging and local development services may change, fail, or be unavailable. Oura sync timing can delay same-day detailed sleep, HRV, and heart-rate data.
