HealthSource Review Demo

HealthSource uses a user-authorized Oura connection to produce non-medical recovery and training-readiness context from recent Oura data.

Main Flow

  1. A ChatGPT user selects HealthSource and authorizes the HealthSource OAuth flow.
  2. If Oura is not connected, healthsource_get_connection_status returns actionRequired: connect_oura with a short-lived connect URL.
  3. The user authorizes Oura through Oura OAuth. HealthSource stores that user's Oura token server-side and does not expose tokens through tools.
  4. An approved HealthSource integration calls oura_get_analysis_packet or oura_recovery_today to generate the user's requested recovery context.

Model-Ready Context

The compact Oura packet includes recent sleep, readiness, HRV/RMSSD, resting heart rate, lowest heart rate, sleep duration, efficiency, temperature deviation, activity, stress, SpO2, signal provenance, and related coverage notes when available. It omits private provider-record debug endpoints from the public tool surface.

Data-Use Boundary

HealthSource does not use Oura-derived data for advertising, resale, model training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or unapproved redistribution to third-party AI platforms.

Review-Safe Demo Path

The configured review demo user receives deterministic synthetic Oura-style data. It does not use Ryan's Oura account, reviewer Oura data, or any real user's body data.

Suggested Test Prompt

Use HealthSource to analyze my Oura recovery today. Do not just repeat the Oura score; tell me whether to train hard, moderate, reduce volume, or recover.

Boundary

HealthSource is read-only and limited to wellness, recovery, fitness, performance reflection, and training readiness. It is not for diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, medication decisions, or medical claims.
